The Woman of InfluenceTM Award, kindly powered by DelCor, recognizes an exceptional woman association executive who has made outstanding contributions to the advancement of the association management industry. Recipients are recognized for their tireless leadership, track record of impact, innovation, and paying it forward through coaching, mentoring, and service to others.
The 2025 Woman of Influence Award winner will be announced in January and honored and celebrated at the Women's Executive ForumTM on March 7, 2025 at Convene Willis Tower.
START YOUR NOMINATION HERE by using your Association Forum login/password. The deadline to submit a nomination is 11:59 p.m. CT on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
Criteria:
- Recognition as an exceptional association/nonprofit professional who has advanced her organization's mission
- Demonstrated commitment to leadership
- Made contributions that significantly and consistently impact the advancement and/or recognition of the profession through support and involvement in Association Forum
- History of infusing innovation in problem solving approaches
- Committed to encouraging the growth of others through coaching, mentoring and service to others
- Commitment to value differences and create an environment that is comfortable, inclusive and empowering
Eligibility:
- Nominees must be current members of Association Forum
- All members, including supporting members, of Association Forum are eligible for this award
- Current Association Forum officers, directors, staff, and Women’s Executive Forum Program Advisory Group Committee members are not eligible for this award
- Previous recipients of the Woman of Influence Award are not eligible to be nominated
- Self-nominations will not be accepted
- The nominee must have worked in association management for a minimum of three years prior to nomination
- Employees of the partner/sponsor of the award are ineligible to be nominated

- Nominee's name/organization
- How do you know the nominee / Number of years you have known the nominee
- May we identify you to the person you are nominating?
- Briefly describe why you believe the nominee is a good candidate for this award based on the criteria
- (Optional) Is there anything else you'd like us to know about the nominee as it relates to this award
The deadline to submit a nomination for the 2025 Woman of Influence is 11:59 p.m. CT on Wednesday, October 16, 2024. Nominations will not be accepted after the deadline. Once eligibility is confirmed, the nominee will be informed that they were nominated and given the opportunity to submit an application. All nominations will remain confidential and the nominator will not be identified to the nominee unless the nominee consents.
